He has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand any business and craft viable customized solutions for each company.

I believe we have to fail forward. However, some have learned to get up and not give up. There’s a market for your dream; even if you have to create it – it exists.

Prior to co-founding NW & Associates in early 2015, Nathan started a nonprofit serving middle and high schools in Vancouver, WA to identify and pursue their passions. In the first year of programming, his organization collaborated in serving over 1,500 youth. His unforeseen success led to national programming with the partnership with Rachel’s Challenge. From young Recruit Webster in MCRD San Diego, Nathan has always been a leader of the pack. He’s held various management positions throughout his career at Fortune 500 companies.

Now, he’s Mr. Social Entrepreneur giving back business tips for those doing social good via his podcast. Also, Nathan is a Business Professor at Clark College, while serving in various capacities. One of his faves would be the Clark Entrepreneur Club. He’s the Faculty Advisor.

When not working, he likes to enjoy the beautiful scenery in the Pacific Northwest. His passion to be competitive finds learning new things to do on his own and with his kids. If you have the chance to get to know Nathan, you’ll learn he’s a huge teddy bear who loves life.

There’s no other feeling than knowing you have helped others live life on their terms. Dream Big!
