Entrepreneurship isn’t a Team Sport

Entrepreneurship isn’t a Team Sport

In this episode, I wanted to keep it real and address one of the reasons why startups fail. Typically, when a startup has a solopreneur’s (aka, sole proprietor) business structure but a partnership’s mentality, the business is headed to a disaster.

This is has been a consistent observation of struggling businesses. Even with some of my own clients, running a business is hard work. The ‘grind all day’ mentality only last for so long.

At some point, burnout will come. I learned the hard way.

My story begins with a friend Kevin Carroll and his book, Rules of the Red Rubber Ball, so enjoy the show!

Don’t Settle- Dream Big,

I was born, raised and currently residing in Vancouver, WA. Grateful to have an entrepreneurial life that allows me to use my God-given talents to help others pursue their passion. I'm blessed to be educated (MBA-Operations) veteran (US Marine Corps) who enjoys the community with all my family members (blood and adopted).
