FFF- Helping Others

FFF- Helping Others

ICYMI (in case you missed it), I love to help others. Helping other is my God-given purpose. This skill comes natural to me. I know this because I was once in need, and had people there to come to my aid.

In this Friday Fun Fact, one of my students came and spoke to me about their future. Here’s what they said (and some of it is paraphrasing):

Student: I don’t know what to do.
Me: What do you mean?
Student: I’m not sure if this college is working out for me?
Me: College isn’t going to figure it out for you. What do you want to do with your life?
Student: I don’t know. That’s what I’m telling you.
Me: Okay. What do you like to do? Say like hobbies, sports, etc?
Student: I like basketball.
Me: That’s a great start! ….

The rest was a 40 minute discussion. I know I helped them, but don’t know for how long. Advice is only good until the next obstacle.

The video is the remnants of our conversation. I’m not saying I can help everybody, but we all need help. Finding a mentor is ideal. For businesses, I recommend seeking out a consultant.

I write this because my business is personal because this service is for the advancement of all humanity. My failures and successes are for your gain. No strings attached.
