TiAT- Uber’s Negative to a Positive
Of course we had to use Uber for a Turn-it-Around Tuesday. Uber is killing it (in a good way). They are transforming the way we use technology as a consumer (B2C) and in business (B2B), which is why I had to use Uber’s negative to a positive.
My experience as a driver has been so fun, but I didn’t know we were also very hated. Going to court to testify of my experiences wasn’t what I thought. Cab drivers accuse us of taking away their jobs. I disagree. However, that’s not what this is about.
As a hint, I’m about customer service. My goal is to please my people. How does Uber does that with their drivers.
