Sweet Tooth

Sweet Tooth

The week after Thanksgiving, I’m happy to say that I didn’t over indulge. I like food, but I love sweets. I’m a Sweet Tooth. Yes, I’m guilty of loving desserts. No shame here.

One of my favorite desserts are these delicious cookies. You can only get them at Safeway. They’re not expensive, so it’s an easy purchase. These M&M cookies are my nemesis because I can eat all of them within two to three days.

As a Sweet Tooth, I didn’t buy them this week or the week prior. Even though I frequently shop there, I made a point to avoid that aisle and it was really hard. It’s getting easier because the satisfaction is about making healthier choices.

The cookies aren’t worth diabetes. They’re not worth spending more money on a new wardrobe. I like being Mr. Sweet Tooth, but I also want to eat them whenever I want for the rest of my life. A life eating these cookies every weekend will erase that freedom. No, thank you!

Make smart decisions. Happiness isn’t in food. As the fat chubby kid of my childhood would disagree, I have to reign him in and stay focused on living that healthier lifestyle. If I don’t, I will be ashamed.

I write this because my business is personal because this service is for the advancement of all humanity. My failures and successes are for your gain. No strings attached.
