So, it happened. It happened really bad. I fell off my training schedule really bad. So many things going on, I couldn’t keep up. I wanted to, but I failed to make time.
I once heard a saying in regards to working out and stay healthy, “Don’t do it twice.” The meaning behind it to not do whatever that negative activity twice or again the next day. I completely agree. That was about six months ago. Well, I fell off an I can’t do it again.
Moving forward, I’m excited to start this process of getting back to a healthier lifestyle. My food choices are healthier. And I’m ready for the darker and rainy days. I understand this is a long-term commitment. As I said during my run today, “I must do this everyday and enjoy the rewards of a lifetime.”
I write this because my business is personal because this service is for the advancement of all humanity. My failures and successes are for your gain. No strings attached.
